I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, and it should be able to have bluetooth, because it has the little bluetooth light where the charger light etc is (although it doesn’t light up).
I’ve looked through all the discs that came with it and cant find one that says anything about bluetooth. I also cannot find anything to do with bluetooth in my control panel.
What do i do? I’d really like to use it but don’t know how!

I have a aspire one notebook and it has a built in bluetooth.I see the bluetooth simile under my F3 button,but I can’t make it work.I tryed finding it in my control panel and read up on it in my manual,it only shows I have it but don’t show how make it work.I looked under programs and avent I just can’t figure it out!

I have a Dell Latitude D810, and it has bluetooth built in. It worked fine while it had XP, but when I installed Vista, all mention of bluetooth functionality stopped. I can’t find it anywhere in the control panel, and everything in device manager has up-to-date drivers, but i dont know what the piece would be called. Can anyone help?

I have an ASUS EeePC with Windows XP.
How do I check if it’s bluetooth compatible? Where do I find this information in the control panel or whatever?

I have been tirelessly searching for a way to connect my new bluetooth headset with my computer. However, all of the results I’ve found specify a ”Bluetooth" option in the control panel; I do not have this option. So, is there any way for me to connect the two, or am I out of luck? I have a Toshiba laptop and a Toshiba bluetooth adapter. I have been trying to get my Samsung earpiece (that I also use with my cell phone) to connect to the computer but to no avail…My earpiece shows up on the list of paired devices but nowhere in my control panel and when I try to search for new devices it doesn’t show up at all. What gives!? Am I missing something here?

I have a laptop Compaq Presario V3000. I do see the bluetooth icon in my laptop’s physical substance. It is located in the bottom left side of the laptop. There is a physical switch to turn the bluetooth on or off. But when i search the bluetooth icon in the control panel i dont see any bluetooth icon. I am using windows Vista Ultimate. Please help me out.

I have a Motorola Hint and a Compaq computer. I want to connect my bluetooth from my computer to my phone so I can send myself ringtones from my computer. I don’t have texting on my phone either.
Every time I go to bluetooth devices on my control panel it doesn’t really do anything. Please help!!
