How do I get my bluetooth hands-free earpiece to work on my motorola razr phone?

I just bought a bluetooth HS850 hands-free earpiece, but I have no idea how to use it on my motorola RAZR. What do I have to press on the bluetooth headset in order for my razr to recognize the device? Someone please help!!!
